The Goops
A downloadable game for Windows
Play as the omniscient babysitter who volunteers to take care of a chaotic bunch of goops (children). Use the mouse cursor to click down and drag the goops off of their devious misdeeds! Don't let them die.
Created by Logan Cox and Caleb Sarmiento for our Digital Narrative and Interactive Design class. Based on More Goops And How Not To Be Them by Burgess, Gelett. Goop character art and animations by Logan Cox.
Update: 3/25/2025 10:35PM - Version 0.2 "The day one patch" has cool subtle aesthetic changes, controls hints, and most importantly, new misdeeds have been implemented, making this a more well rounded game!

Install instructions
Download the .zip file and extract it anywhere that's responsible. Do not remove the .exe file from the folder. Make a shortcut and drag that to your desktop instead.
To uninstall, delete the folder and shortcut if you made one.

This game looks like an absolute blast! I can't wait to play as the babysitter and use my mouse cursor to drag those mischievous goops away from their devious antics!

They have a very interesting platform and are even offering prizes xD
I can picture the goops having a secret fight club in the attic, smothering each other with the fiberglass (yummy). Gotta implement that goop on goop crime🔥
The fiberglass can now be eaten, but no goop on goop violence yet.
